I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker under license No. REB-2009-10-407(R)& a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser under license No. REA-MOR-0043. I am the incumbent City Assessor of Valencia City, Bukidnon. I am 36 years old and Married to Dina D. Avanzado-Azucena of Dumarait, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. I have so many experiences in dealing of real property. I attended a lecture series of urban institute in real estate in order to upgrade my selling skills in the field of real estate. I am accredited with so many developers in northern Mindanao and Metro Manila and Metro Cebu. My own sales network covers these regions. I have also a list of friends in the Government service because I am also a government employee being the City Assessor of Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Our family belongs to Roman Catholic Church, in fact, one of our relatives (my uncle)are Catholic leaders like the Bishop of Diocese of Iligan, The Most Rev. Elenito De los Reyes Galido,DD.

I Finish my Bachelor of Arts In International Studies in Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan in 1995. I graduated my Bachelor of Laws from Southwestern University in 1999.

I was once a Student Assistant of Then Rev. Father and Dean College of Arts and Sciences Now Cagayan de Oro Archbishop, Most Rev. Antonio J. Ledesma,SJ,DD.

I was a former Administrative Officer of City Mayor Jose M. Galario, Jr. of Valencia City. Before my appointment as City Government Department Head/ City Assessor in 2003, I was appointed as Assistant City Assessor by Mayor Jose M. Galario, Jr. I am the acting City Assessor for almost 1 year after the retirement of the City Assessor.

In 2004, As Department Head of City Assessor's Office, I concurrently serve as Chairman of the City Appraisal Committee composed of City Planning and Development Coordinator, City Treasurer, City Engineer, City Acountant, and City Budget Officer as Members.

I also served as Chairman of City Housing and Land Use Regulation Board and member of the City Zoning Board.

I am then the Legal Consultant of GS Azucena Construction and Trading Corporation and responsible in formulating its articles of Incorporation and by-laws.

From 1990 to present, I received a number of awards from Communications Link for Emergency Assistance Network Philippines,Inc. (Clean Philippines, Inc.) Macajalar Chapter. That includes a two-year successive as Most Outstanding Member of the Year and the award as operations officer of the year.

From 2003 to 2007, I received at least 6 awards from Bureau of Local Government Finance.

In my Non-government organization days, I once serve the Clean Philippines as Adinistrative Officer, Operations Officer, Chairman of membership committee and Zone Leader for Metro Cagayan Zone.
